We needed a last minute convenient to city center hotel and this one fit the bill. The location was great, close to local restaurants, and everything was within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around the area. The front desk staff was very nice. We arrived in town early in the morning and they offered baggage storage until we returned in the evening to check in. They also called a taxi for us on the day we departed. The room was very small and the bed was very firm but it was clean and did the trick. Our only complaint is the hotel said the room offered AC but there was no way to control it.

I was very disappointed with the hotel room, as it was dated and smelly the eletric plugs is old don't fit The europian ones receptionist said this was an upgraded room, but it was like being in a kitchen because of the smell. The only positive thing was the staff in the reception breakfast and is near to main attractions,. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it was a terrible.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff at the front desk is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Giada and Alexa! The room was OK and clean, we just could not see the air conditioning to monitor our room's temperature (if there was any), and the Wi-Fi failed a lot. Also, we tried the restaurant of the hotel for dinner. The food was good but not as good as the restaurants we encountered outside, and the environment should be more appealing for a 4-star hotel: it is just a little bit small corridor and they give the menus in a printed paper. The communication between the waiter and the customers must be improved too: we had a small misunderstanding with the waiter, but it was resolved in the end when we explained the situation with a friendly receptionist. Despite the inconveniences, it was a good stay!

Hotel is in great location - central and walking distance to many well known sites. Uber and taxi also easily booked ourselves. Taxi from airport or Uber cheaper than allowing hotel to arrange your transfer. Taxis available outside airport. Friendly and helpful staff , warm welcome Hotel is very clean . Bed made every day and clean towels provided. Breakfast is very good value for money Room was ok, bed a little uncomfortable , bathroom needs upgrading/updating. Helpful that we could store our bags after check out Disappointed that there is not any coffee making facilities in room. generally it was a comfortable 4 night stay

Reasonably nice hotel, very good location, easy walking access to all tourist sites and train/bus terminal. Bus stop outside hotel had direct bus route to Vatican (no 64). Staff very friendly and helpful. Room ok but very small (despite upgrade, so goodness knows what the economy room would have looked like). Bathroom good, modern and lovely large hot shower. But The hotel was freezing cold. Duvet cover contained a blanket not a duvet. We had to ask for extra blankets and we were getting in bed fully clothed. Air conditioning/ heating did not work, came on and made a noise but no warm air at all. It was very cold during our visit despite beautiful sunshine so to come back to a cold room was not pleasant. Management need to upgrade the heating system and/or buy duvets instead of blankets as the central heating was inadequate.
